Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator

DescriptionAssistance Plus has an immediate opening for a Staffing Coordinator to support their growing Behavioral Health and Community Support programs.

The Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator is responsible for creating and updating all schedules for Assistance Plus consumers within the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities departments. The Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator prioritizes quality and consumer satisfaction in the performance of their duties while meeting program standards.

The Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality client services by creating schedules for new referrals, updating schedules to maximize hours, scheduling appropriate DLS, DSP, and Skills coverage to include fill-in hours, maintaining client/employee Agency logs, and performing all other duties as assigned.

This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week. This position will be located in our Waterville office.
QualificationsPosition Requirements:

Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license are required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of scheduling experience required
General understanding of DLSS and DSP roles
Intermediate level computer experience
