Part-Time Wholesale Title Clerk

DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Wholesale Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing retail deals for multiple locations and plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with state regulations while supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail. While we are willing to train the right individual, prior experience is preferred.

Compensation ranges from $18–$19 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday 10:00AM - 3:00PM

This is an on-site position located in South Glens Falls, NY.

What You'll Do:

Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted by the sales department
Maintain strict compliance with dealership policies and state regulations
Submit title work retail, and lease transactions, NYS & out of state
File and maintain titles, and lien releases
Provide clerical support to accounting and sales departments when needed

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Prior experience in automotive titling, DMV processing, or dealership office administration preferred
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Solid computer proficiency and experience working with multiple software systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), such as Automate, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
