About The Role
Element is seeking anApplication Sales Engineerto serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate complex testing requirements while delivering exceptional commercial support. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with engineers, project teams, purchasing professionals, and industry leaders to develop testing solutions that support critical products across medical devices, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, and more. This is an on-site role at our Lab in Glendale Heights, IL. Compensation: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 base salary range + bonus plan
