Under the supervision of department leadership, proficiently performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Interacts with donors and coordinators to provide a high level of customer service while delivering an excellent donation experience. Demonstrates sensitivity and understands the customers' perspective. Fosters a collaborative/team working spirit and actively helps and supports others to achieve team goals.
