Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee and labor relations concerns and cases.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and HR policies.
• Handle investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Partner with leaders to address workplace issues.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Employee/Labor Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
