Position Title: Sales Planning Analyst Location: Karachi, Pakistan Position Summary The Sales Planning Analyst plays a key role in driving revenue growth by turning complex data into actionable sales strategies. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, quota allocation, territory planning, pipeline analysis, and performance modeling. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing, you will deliver the strategic insights and operational frameworks needed to optimize sales team performance and achieve top-line targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Analysis: Build and maintain predictive forecasting models; track pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity to identify operational bottlenecks and revenue opportunities. Quota & Territory Planning: Analyze market potential, historical performance, and coverage models to support annual territory design and balanced quota allocation. Performance Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools to track key sales metrics (KPIs) for executive leadership and regional teams. Compensation & Incentive Modeling: Assist in evaluating sales commission structures and incentive plans, conducting cost-benefit analyses to ensure alignment with business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance on revenue reconciliation and budgeting, and work with Marketing to evaluate lead flow efficiency and campaign ROI. Process Optimization: Audit existing sales operations workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-backed improvements to drive rep productivity. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling). Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics). Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Basic proficiency in SQL or Python/R is a strong plus. Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with a track record of translating complex datasets into clear, executive-ready presentations. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
