Job Title Program Aide – Publications Assistant Agency Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service Department Educational Development and Engagement Proposed Minimum Salary $19.00 hourly Job Location College Station, Texas Job Type Temporary/Casual Staff (Fixed Term) Job Description Job Description: Under general supervision, supports various graphic and publishing needs, including overall publication design, layout, and accessibility, as well as designing and editing graphics/photos for publications and other educational media. Responsibilities: Designs professional and accessible print and electronic publications Maintains and organizes project documents such as revisions, approvals, drafts, and artwork Meets project deadlines Required qualifications: Experience with InDesign Strong command of the English language Attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop Experience creating accessible publications per current WCAG standards Other Qualifications : Remote work may be allowed.
