Systems Engineer - Advanced Tracking Systems

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing advanced tracking and control solutions. This position is ideal for an engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a broad system-level perspective and enjoys leading complex development efforts from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical activities for advanced tracking and control system development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination across engineering disciplines.

Manage R&D project schedules, resources, budgets, and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, supporting design reviews, system demonstrations, testing activities, and project integration efforts.

Define and maintain overall system architecture for complex multidisciplinary systems.

Develop and oversee system, hardware, and software requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.

Participate in system integration, verification, validation, and performance testing activities.

Support electrical and interface design between system components and subsystems.

Collaborate closely with software, hardware, mechanical, and integration teams to ensure successful system implementation.
