2D Animation Production Manager

We are looking for a 2D Animation Production Manager to join our team on an upcoming animated feature project.

We are looking for someone who can bring structure, ownership and good energy to a creative production, someone who can work closely with artists, supervisors and production teams and help keep the project moving forward.

What Awaits You

• Manage the day-to-day production of a 2D animated feature film

• Plan and track schedules, milestones, priorities and deliveries
• -
• Coordinate artists across different stages of the project
• -
• Work closely with supervisors and director
• -
• Cooperate with the main producing studio and their production team
• -
• Keep communication clear and information flowing across the team
• -
• Identify production issues early and help find practical solutions
• -
• Keep the production organised, on track and moving forward
• What we're looking for
• -
• Experience with 2D animation is a strong advantage, whether from production or an artistic background
• -
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• -
• Ability to independently plan, prioritise and drive work forward
• -
• Good judgement, ownership and a practical approach to problem-solving
• -
• Fluent English (Czech language is advantage)
