Nurse B - Unit Coordinator

Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience

• Previous education and or experience in coordinating activities and personnel
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• Two (2) years nursing clients in the specific department/area/program

Education

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing

• Demonstrated approaches to problem solving w/strong decision-making capability
• Ability to make independent decisions within established policies/procedures
• Proven ability to be conscientious and attentive to detail

• Proficient in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet and power point
• Works independently, effectively and cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team

• Demonstrated initiative, self-direction, organizational & leadership abilities
• Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal/consultative relationships

Other Information

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to travel when required
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK (CRPNS)
