Billing Coordinator

• Accurately and timely perform core billing responsibilities as assigned.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant customers, systems, processes, and billing requirements.
• Adhere to established procedures and escalation protocols.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all billing tasks.
• Meet productivity targets and adhere to strict billing deadlines.
• Effectively communicate billing-related issues or queries to the appropriate teams.
• Respond positively to coaching and demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Engage in cross-training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work towards becoming proficient in performing assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Accurately and timely process freight invoices, POs, and supplies for District needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education is an asset.
• Prior experience in a billing or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
