Executive Housekeeper

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling all Housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction. You will lead the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, oversee guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas, and ensure that Hilton standards are consistently maintained.

You will also be responsible for departmental budgeting, cost control, inventory management, Team Member development and training, while working closely with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for

• Managing and controlling all Housekeeping areas, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry and back-of-house areas.
• Leading, supervising and developing Housekeeping Team Members.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure Hilton cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Identifying training needs and supporting the development of Team Members.
• Ensuring appropriate standards of uniform, hygiene, conduct and appearance within the Housekeeping team.
• Preparing and managing the Housekeeping departmental budget and controlling departmental costs.
• Monitoring inventories of linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies and operational equipment.
• Ensuring furnishings, installations and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Maintaining effective communication and cooperation with other hotel departments and hotel management.
• Supervising contractors and ensuring agreed service standards are fulfilled.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Taking appropriate action during emergency situations in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Ensuring Hilton policies, procedures and standards are consistently followed.
• Previous experience in a Housekeeping leadership or management role, preferably within an international hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations, including laundry, inventory and cost control.
• Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize departmental operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and lead the team in line with Hilton standards and values.
