IT Operations Engineer at Advansys — Nasr City, Egypt

About The Role

Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and business applications.
Manage user permissions, security groups, shared mailboxes, and access requests in accordance with company policies.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, and IT asset allocation.
Perform system updates, software deployments, security patches, and firmware upgrades.
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure health and proactively resolve performance and reliability issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, user records, and system configurations.
Follow IT security policies and best practices to ensure secure and reliable operations.
2–3 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Good understanding of user access management, permissions, security groups, and IT support processes.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networking, system troubleshooting, and IT security.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
