Sr. Manager II, Program Management

Provide leadership and direction for NPI program management team throughout the entire New Product Introduction lifecycle, from initial planning and engineering transfer through qualification, ramp-up, and mass production. Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams on scope, priorities, milestones, resources, and deliverables. Establish and drive program governance, including project plans, milestone tracking, progress reviews, risk management, issue escalation, and cross-functional action closure to ensure timely and successful execution.
