H0776 - Training Coord Wage

This Learning Coordinator role supports VDOT’s statewide training efforts by coordinating classes, maintaining accurate learning records, and helping manage the annual training budget. The position plays a key part in expanding professional development opportunities through the Learning Partnership Program while ensuring compliance with policies, timelines, and fiscal requirements. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and skilled in communication, recordkeeping, and coordinating training logistics. This position will support both the Salem and Bristol Districts but will be based out of the Salem Office.
