Digital Marketing MANDYS Shoes & EVOL (Ads & E-commerce)

Digital Ads & E-commerce is responsible for managing and optimizing the brand's online stores across e-commerce marketplaces and websites. This role focuses on driving sales growth, improving store performance, enhancing customer experience, and executing promotional campaigns while ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Ads & E-commerce, preferably in Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and marketplace operations.
• Experience managing promotional campaigns and marketplace ads is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiar with marketplace analytics dashboards and reporting.
• Strong understanding of online customer behavior and sales funnels.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work 100% from the office (WFO)
