• Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio.
• This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment.
• The position is shift-based.

Responsibilities

• Supervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standards
• Monitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and support
• Act as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shift
• Ensure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularities
• Handle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes, or responsible gaming concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare reports and communicate key insights to management

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Previous experience in live gaming, casino operations, or similar environments is highly desirable
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work shifts
