Position: On-Call – Vacation and Leave Replacement

Job Description

We are urgently looking for an On-Call Security Guard for our Sun Life site in downtown Montreal. The selected candidate will mainly provide coverage for vacations, leaves of absence, and other employee absences based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the site
• Conduct security patrols
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Prepare incident and activity reports
• Follow established security procedures
• Provide professional customer service

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian citizen
• Hold a valid BSP security guard licence
• Have a minimum of one year of security experience
• Be available on-call for vacation and leave replacements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Ability to work independently
• French required; English is an asset
• Flexible availability based on operational needs

Salary: $23.35/hour + applicable premiums
