DIRECTOR, ORGANISATION AND REWARD

• Ultimate Peaks is retained on a confidential search for a major Saudi logistics and transport group.
• Our client is appointing a Director to own how jobs are sized, graded, priced and measured across the group.
• The mandate
• Job architecture, job evaluation and the grade structure
• Compensation and benefits design, pay ranges and the annual review
• Performance management, the cycle, calibration and the rating standard
• Organisation design, structure, spans and layers
• Reward submissions to the board remuneration committee

Requirements

• We are looking for
• Genuine job evaluation depth in a recognised method, applied in practice
• The standing to defend a grade to a Chief Officer who disagrees with it
• Experience writing reward papers for a board committee and having them approved
• A proper understanding of pay protection and red circling

Arabic and English

• This seat sets the standard the organisation is paid and measured against. It carries real influence and it will be argued with.
• Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged.
