VIP Account Manager LATAM – São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro

• Atuar como o principal ponto de contato para os clientes, gerenciando proativamente consultas, resolvendo problemas e lidando com escalonamentos.
• Impulsionar a retenção de clientes e o crescimento da receita por meio de estratégias de gerenciamento de contas personalizadas, insights dos clientes e análise contínua do portfólio.

You Have

• **1-3 years' experience** managing VIP or high-value customers within online gaming, betting, hospitality, luxury services or another customer-centric environment.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and developing long-term customer relationships.
• **Native Portuguese language skills and fluency in English.**
• Proven experience analysing customer performance, revenue trends and account activity.
• Strong understanding of customer retention, loyalty and engagement strategies.
• Experience conducting customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling, AML processes and regulatory requirements within a regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Experience hosting or supporting customer events is advantageous.
• A strong interest in sports betting, casino gaming and the wider online gaming industry.
