Risk Associate with French

• Maintenir les niveaux de service convenus pour les labels respectifs et communiquer avec les joueurs sur les problèmes liés aux comptes.
• Assurer la conformité avec le RGPD et toutes les exigences réglementaires spécifiques au marché, et aider les équipes autour des questions KYC et Fraude/Risque.
• Analyser les dépôts et les catégories de comptes des clients pour prévenir la fraude, corriger les erreurs et résoudre les problèmes.

You Have:

• Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge
• Identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
• experience with fraud analysis and investigations
• Fluent in English and French language at a business level
