German Speaking Risk Associate

As a German Speaking Risk Associate, you will work in the Fraud and Risk Department, monitoring fraud, risk, and KYC activity throughout the customer account lifecycle. You will communicate with players, analyze customer deposits, investigate financial irregularities, and suggest improvements to procedures. • Kommunikation mit Spielern zu kontobezogenen Problemen, Problemlösung und Gewährleistung eines hohen Kundenservice.
• Analyse von Kundeneinzahlungen und Kontokategorien zur Betrugsprävention, Fehlerkorrektur und Problemlösung.
• Untersuchung finanzieller Unregelmäßigkeiten auf Konten und Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen in anderen Abteilungen zur Betrugsprävention.

**Qualifications**

• Do you have sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge?
• Fluent English and Italian at business level;
• Are you able to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns?
• Possess very good command of Microsoft office tools?
• Do you have logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach?
• Can you express decision-making and problem solving skills?
