Apparel Merchandising Coordinator

As an Apparel Merchandising Coordinator, you will support the merchandising team in selecting the product range for Europe, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating cross-functional communication. This is a permanent position based in Geneva, Switzerland, with a hybrid work model.

• Support the Ranging Process by ensuring every selected product is correctly entered into the system, defining deadlines, managing and tracking samples, and organizing the showroom.
• Oversee Go to Range (GTR) Processes & Tools by updating and tracking line lists and price lists, coordinating with Operations in Portland, and being the primary contact for any EU stakeholders needing merchandising data.
• Support the Go to Market Process by preparing presentation materials for the seasonal collection launch and coordinating samples.
