Implementation Manager

As the Implementation Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Implementation team, ensuring the successful deployment of intelligent locker solutions across all customer segments. You will manage a team of Project Managers and Installation Coordinators, driving operational excellence and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Implementation team, ensuring successful deployment of intelligent locker solutions.
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, workload forecasting, and implementation performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and managing relationships with installation and third-party partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, customer onboarding, operations, or technology deployment environments, with a track record of delivering successful customer outcomes.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and driving operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other business systems; experience with hardware deployments, IoT solutions, field operations, logistics, or SaaS environments preferred.

Travel

• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically for customer engagements, team meetings, partner visits, and company events.
