Senior Manager of Marketing Operations

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. In this role, you will lead a team of marketing operations professionals and own the strategy and execution of our lead management and funnel processes. You will report to the VP of GTM Operations and be responsible for developing a team of 2-3 marketing operations professionals in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will also oversee marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce, driving continuous optimization of workflows and establishing governance practices across the team.

• Lead a team of marketing operations professionals and own the strategy and execution of lead management and funnel processes.
• Set the strategic direction of the lead management function while driving operational excellence across the organization.
• Oversee marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce, driving continuous optimization of workflows and establishing governance practices.

• 9+ years of B2B marketing operations experience with expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
• Deep experience in lead management, marketing automation, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
• 2+ years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and retain talent
• Experience building lead management processes in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Familiarity with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
• Excellent project and program management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
• Clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales and marketing processes
• HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications
