Cook II - Banquets

Join our team as a Cook II - Banquets, where you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of menu items, assisting in the training of staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. • Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood; dips food items in crumbs, flour, and batter to bread them; stirs and strains soups and sauces.
• Responsible for the proper preparation and presentation of all menu items; reads menu to estimate food requirements and orders food from supplier.
• Assists in the training of Cook 3 and Steward/utility staff; works closely with the Room Chef, Sous Chefs and Cook 1 to ensure proper preparation.
