In this high-volume, multi-country role, you will coordinate processes, manage reporting, and align stakeholders across the region. You will be responsible for executing and documenting processes with precision, improving core operational workflows, and contributing to the evolution of our AI-powered platform. • Coordination of multi-country projects across EMEA, including timelines, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintenance of reporting, data integrity, and management-ready dashboards, as well as the design and documentation of standardized templates and processes.
• Ownership and improvement of core operational workflows and AI-driven automation tools, contributing to the evolution of Slack-based tooling.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail — first-time quality, every time
• Experience in ES, Legal Ops, HR Ops, or operations with a strong track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes with rigour
• A systems thinker: you don't just run processes, you document, standardise, and look for ways to replicate what works
• Comfortable with AI-powered tools and curious about automation
• Strong written communication — turning complex processes into clear, accessible documentation
