Lead/Staff Talent Partner - Tech

Join Mimica, an AI-powered process intelligence platform, as a Lead/Staff Talent Partner. In this fully remote position, you will own full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership hires. You will partner directly with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans, implement structured interview processes, and ensure high-quality candidate screening. Your success will be measured by consistently hitting hiring forecasts, gaining the trust of hiring managers, and ensuring high-quality candidates are retained beyond Year 1.

• Own full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership hires and support Product Engineering roles.
• Partner directly with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans, challenge briefs (scope, leveling, expectations), and operationalize them end-to-end.
• Implement and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration loops to ensure signal quality and conversions remain high as hiring volume increases.
