Senior Product Designer - Onboarding & Activation

Join Ebury, a fast-growing leader in fintech, as a Senior Product Designer focused on onboarding and activation experiences. In this role, you'll own end-to-end design for onboarding and activation journeys, simplify complex processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You'll work in a hybrid model from our Valencia office, with four days in the office and one day working from home per week.

• End-to-end design ownership for onboarding and activation journeys, from discovery to launch.
• Designing experiences across customer-facing onboarding flows and internal operational workflows, balancing user needs and business goals.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact problems and deliver meaningful improvements.
