145 Compliance Monitoring Engineer

Join Safran Seats, a leading company in the aerospace industry specializing in First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide body aircraft. As a Compliance Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System of the SGB repair station, ensuring compliance with EASA & UK CAA 145 regulations and EN9100 for Repair activity. You will be the main contact point for regulatory bodies, provide support to repair station personnel, and collaborate with the Quality Compliance team and all areas of Safran Seats GB involved in maintenance and repair activity.

• Maintaining the Quality Management System of the SGB repair station to ensure compliance with EASA & UK CAA 145 regulations and EN9100.
• Providing support for customer and regulatory audits, ensuring process and procedural compliance to AS9100 and EASA 145.
• Developing and managing the internal audit program to ensure compliance with EASA/UK CAA Part 145 requirements and supporting the deployment of the Part 145 Management System.
