About The Role

  • 1.根据项目计划，完成项目文献的查阅，设计合理可行的实验路线；
  • 2.依据文献规范操作，对实验进行分析并得到可靠的实验结果；
  • 3.及时反馈实验中遇到的问题，并积极寻求解决方案，验证和优化合成路线，不断提高合成效率和产率；
  • 4.及时、准确、完整地书写实验记录和报告，确保实验室记录的准确性和可追溯性；
  • 5.参与实验室日常管理，严格执行知识产权保护、安全、卫生等规范；
  • 6.持续关注化学领域的最新发展，掌握新的合成方法和技术。
  • 1.硕士学历，有机化学，药物合成，药物化学、化学制药、合成与天然化学等有机合成强相关专业；
  • 2.具备扎实的有机化学知识，热爱有机合成和药物研发工作，有较强的学习意愿和学习能力；
  • 3.有有机合成实验室工作经验，熟悉有机合成单元操作，具有较强的分析解决问题能力，包括合成路径设计、催化剂应用、色谱分离等；
  • 4.具备独文思考和解决问题的能力，能够解决实验过程中的挑战；
  • 5.具备娴熟的文献检索能力和英文读写能力；
  • 6.具有积极上进的态度和责任感，能够和团队成员良好沟通和协作。
