About The Role

  • 负责小分子药物制剂处方研究、工艺开发、放大、技术转移及在GMP生产中提供技术指导。
  • 岗位职责：
  • 1.以固体口服制剂为主，兼顾液体制剂及其它制剂的处方工艺开发及工艺放大。应用新技术来改善难溶性药物溶解性，包括创新药和仿制药的研发。
  • 2.掌握并熟练操作常用制药研发设备，有独立操作和解决问题的能力。
  1. 熟练书写实验方案，试验记录及处方开发报告。
  • 4.有效把握时间并高质量完成分配的任务。
  • 5.在处方、工艺开发、工艺放大和生命周期管理中应用质量源于设计相关的理念和方法学。
  • 6.参与后期项目的工艺放大、技术转移以及药品控制策略在生产工厂的落地，确保开发的生产工艺具有足够的稳健性以及在商业化生产工厂能够连续生产出高质量药品。
  • 1.药学，化学，制药工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
  • 2.具有较好的逻辑思维，独立的思考和分析能力。
  • 3.具有较好的执行力和接受新技术，新标准，新知识的学习能力。
  • 4.具备较强责任心和科研素养，以及务实的职业精神。
  • 5.良好的英语口语和写作能力。
  • 6.具有较好的团队合作和沟通能力。
