About The Role
- 1.在项目负责人指导下，高效执行药物固态研发项目任务，按时交付。
- 2.掌握固体化学理论知识，了解实验设计方法和表征手段。
- 3.掌握并熟练操作分析仪器，按照标准操作流程维护并保持日常运作，具备相关数据基本分析和解读能力
- 4.熟练掌握正确的实验操作和书写实验记录。
- 5.参与实验室日常管理，执行EHS等各项合规规程。
- 6.在项目负责人指导下，完成项目进度报告及研发报告撰写。
- 1.要求硕士以上，药学，化学，化工，材料学，结晶学等相关专业。
- 2.具有较好的逻辑思维，独立的思考和分析能力。
- 3.具有较好的执行力和接受新技术，新标准，新知识的学习能力。
- 4.具备较强责任心和科研素养，以及务实的职业精神。
- 5.具备一定英文听说读写能力，英文邮件沟通能力，熟练查阅文献。
- 6.具有较好的团队合作和沟通能力。
