Overview Registered Nurse – EP Lab | Burlington, Vermont | Start 09/17/2026 | 5 weeks | $3,665–$3,838 per week | 40 hours per week | 4x10-hour days | Travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $3,665–$3,838 per week - Contract duration: 5 weeks - Schedule: 4x10-hour days (10-hour shifts) - Start date: 09/17/2026 - Setting: EP Lab within a hospital; travel assignment - Some on-call may be required; potential float to outpatient facility Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in the EP Lab during electrophysiology procedures, including rhythm monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, sedation support, and post-procedure monitoring. - Prepare and maintain sterile field; assist with EP studies (ablation, device implants) under physician direction; manage instrumentation and equipment. - Monitor vitals, interpret rhythm changes, respond to alarms, and manage emergencies per established protocols. - Document care in the electronic medical record (EPIC) with accuracy, timeliness, and complete charting of procedures, medications, and outcomes. - Collaborate with cardiology, anesthesia, and cath lab teams; coordinate patient flow from pre-procedure through recovery. - May float to an outpatient facility and participate in on-call coverage as required; adhere to facility policies and shift expectations.
