Temporary Worker

Position Summary City National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Temporary Benefits Specialist to support the Human Resources Benefits team during the annual Open Enrollment period. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, assist with benefits administration activities, coordinate enrollment communications, resolve employee inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of benefits-related transactions. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, benefits administration experience, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage a high volume of employee requests in a fast-paced environment.
