Sales Associate

1. Sell company products with professionalism, efficiency and high quality with short-term planning horizon. Serve customers in a friendly and approachable way. 2. Efficiently utilize different operative tools and IT-systems, cash registries, resolve customer issues, item returns and reimbursements. Carry out separately agreed tasks such as e.g. receiving parcels, processing pickups, inventory, order and cleanliness of shelves, and accuracy of balances. 3. Take advantage of additional sales opportunities, perform in-store marketing activities when required. Handle complaints and other cases affecting customer's orders, work together where necessary with finance and manufacturing in an effort to solve order issues.
