JIC_Designer Engineer of Production Equipments at Aumovio

About The Role

Design tooling / fixtures needed for new projects based on the information generated during the new projects
Communicate with supplier of tooling, Monitor the manufacture of tooling with the supplier to ensure they meet design specifications and meet delivery time
Check fixtures after delivery from external supplier
Update setting plans for machines and equipment
Make changes and improvements to existing tooling that lead to an improvement in the process
Conduct analysis of opportunity in the field of tooling for improvements
Modify and improve existing tooling / fixtures in order to improve processes ▪ Consider ergonomy criteria
Prepare the documentation according standards and norms
Ensure of standardization of drawing documentation of fixtures, machines and equipment in compliance with AUMOVIO standards
Update of drawing documentation in SAP and in production lines
Cooperation with ESH
Know and understand the policy of the company ESH
Support implementation of new ideas ▪ Create and implement new Ideas and solutions
Installing standard solutions
Know and understand the standard and exchange the standard solutions among the locations
Use moder tool for design and set up of the working places around the plant production
Create the strategy for implementation of new standards and optimization

University degree, preferably in production or engineering management, industrial engineering or related discipline
Professional experience (at least 5 years) in manufacturing, preferable in two functional areas, e.g. IE, Q, Operations, etc.
Experience and understanding in respected business industry (approx. 2 years)
Comprehensive experience in respective production processes
Experience in the roll-out of a standard and/ or strategic project
Experience in working with international teams and preferably international assignment
Understanding for different foreign cultures
Crossmove (functional, international or organizational) experience

Designing of production equipment and tooling
Lean Production principles, methods and tools (e.g. Production management system)
Industrial Engineering management (including Systems and processes)
IT Literacy
Future technologies, Industry 4.0 applications, smart factory related technologies
Quality management methods (including tools, policies, systems and processes)
Product knowledge (functionalities and applications)
Soft skills: team & talent management, leadership and networker skills, intercultural sensitivity, negotiation, conflict management
Financial skills (process, technology on production level)
Project management skills, tools and techniques
Management skills, tools and techniques (e.g. balanced scorecard, benchmarking, decision making)
