Senior Analyst Vendor Onboarding and Performance

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding activities across approved systems and workflows.
  • Review and validate supplier documentation, approvals, and workflow records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support sanctions screening, UBO verification, AECB checks, and other due diligence activities in accordance with bank policies.
  • Maintain vendor master data, monitor document expirations, and ensure records remain audit-ready.
  • Coordinate vendor performance review cycles, including scorecard preparation, KPI tracking, and stakeholder feedback collection.
  • Monitor vendor service levels, remediation plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare management reports, MIS dashboards, and governance packs covering onboarding metrics, performance trends, SLA adherence, and operational exceptions.
  • Conduct first-level quality reviews of vendor management activities and provide procedural guidance where required.
  • Collaborate with business owners, procurement, compliance, finance, and offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor management processes.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives within the Vendor Management Office.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • UAE National with a Family Book.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, third-party risk management, compliance operations, or supplier performance management.
  • Experience working within a banking or financial services environment and familiarity with UAE regulatory expectations.
  • Strong understanding of vendor onboarding, supplier governance, performance management, and compliance controls.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC processes, sanctions screening, UBO identification, and third-party due diligence requirements.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with systems such as Oracle Fusion, Firco Trust, AECB, or similar vendor governance platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CAMS, CGRC, CISA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Fluent English is required, and Arabic language skills are preferred.
