(Junior) Survey Developer

What a day in the life of the Survey Developer looks like?

• Morning meeting: start the day with a team huddle to discuss ongoing projects
• Survey Development: execute and deliver market research surveys using Ipsos' specific software (VBScript and JavaScript-based)
• Collaboration: As this is one of our top priorities, so you will always be in touch with research, project management, and QA teams to ensure project flow, exchange feedback, and refine survey objectives
• Learning and growth: spend time for personal and professional development, work with your dedicated mentor, engage in sharing knowledge sessions, and constantly gain knowledge and experience to excel gradually in our team

To thrive in this position, you'll need

• A solid grasp of programming basics such as algorithms, databases, and more
• Prior experience with any scripting/programming language or a survey programming/data processing software would be incredibly advantageous during your onboarding and training process
• Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Currently enrolled as at least a last-year student in Programming, Mathematics or related
