Analista de Dados

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Dados based in Brazil.

As a Data Analyst, you will play an important role in transforming raw information into reliable, actionable <insights.You>’ll work across data extraction, organization, visualization, reporting, and process mapping to support business decisions.The role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across teams and support for ongoing technology <initiatives.You>’ll help identify data and technology needs while ensuring information is structured, standardized, and <accessible.You>’ll also contribute to reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to different stakeholders.Working with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud technologies, you’ll operate in a data-driven environment.This is an opportunity to develop your technical expertise while contributing to the efficiency and maturity of data operations.

Accountabilities

• Extract, organize, standardize, and maintain data sets to ensure information is structured and reliable.
• Build reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations using appropriate data and reporting tools.
• Gather requirements and map business processes to support effective data organization and solutions.
• Provide support for data extraction, analysis, visualization, and other business intelligence requests.
• Evaluate business needs and identify opportunities for technology and data-driven solutions.
• Support junior data analysts by providing guidance and technical assistance when required.
• Provide operational support to the area’s supervision and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and data extraction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize complex information clearly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and provide reliable support in a data-focused environment.
• Python knowledge is considered an advantage.
