• We’re hiring a Critical Care RN for a 13-week night-shift contract in Des Moines, IA, providing care to high-acuity and critically ill patients.

Position Details

• Location - Des Moines, IA
• Travel Rate: $2,223/week
• Local Rate: $51/hour
• 13-week contract, 36 hours/week
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Critical care / high-acuity hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Active Iowa RN license
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Cardiac monitoring/critical care training
• At least 2 years of Critical care experience
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
