Travel Ortho Med Surg / Tele Registered Nurse (RN) – Wilmington, NC

We’re hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Wilmington, NC. This is a fast-paced orthopedic and neuro-spine unit caring for adult Med/Surg, telemetry, orthopedic, and post-surgical patients.

Position Details

• Travel Pay: $2,669.72 /week
• Schedule: 4x12-hour night shifts
• Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 48 hours/week
• Contract: 20 weeks
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling available
• No call required
• Floating to other Med/Surg units may be required
• Active NC RN or Compact License
• 2+ years of inpatient acute care RN experience
• Orthopedic experience required
• Current BLS and NIHSS
• Epic experience required
• IV start experience
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start
• Must be comfortable caring for orthopedic, neuro-spine, and post-surgical patients
