📊 Are you a detail-driven finance professional who loves working with data, reconciliations and problem-solving?
We're looking for a Treasury Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to treasury operations, cash management and receivables financing while working with large datasets and key stakeholders across the business.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing

Running reports from SAP and other ERP systems to analyse receivables data

Supporting receivables discounting and factoring activities

Reconciling accounts, banking statements and financial records

Producing insightful analysis and reporting

Monitoring cash movements and preparing financial journals

Supporting month-end processes, audits and account reconciliations

Maintaining customer credit limits and factoring availability

Working closely with Finance, Credit Control and Shared Service teams

Assisting with treasury-related projects and process improvements
🎯 What We're Looking For
-
Previous experience in Finance, Accounts, Treasury or a similar role

Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence handling large volumes of financial data

A proactive and organised approach to work

Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

Experience of SAP or similar ERP system

Studying towards AAT or another accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential
