This is an excitingLead roletomanageCredera’sCertification Compliance.TheCompliance Lead roleis responsible foroperatingCredera’svarious ISO (InternationalOrganisation for Standardisation) certifications andHealth andSafety. This is a hands-on, coordinating role suited to someone early in their compliance career who wants to grow. You will work closely with system owners and senior colleagues to keep our certifications healthy, our documentation current, and our audits on track. Youwon'tbe expected to be an expert in every standard on day one — butyou'llbe organised, curious, and comfortable being the person who keeps the wheels turning.

  • MaintainManagementSystem operations

  • Across the variousManagementSystems (Quality,Environmental, AchilliesandService)ensurepolicies, procedures, registers, controls, and recordsremaincurrent andaudit-ready.
  • -
  • Monitor non-conformities, correctiveactionsand improvement opportunities, keeping logsaccurateand up to date.
  • Audit operations
  • -
  • Across the various management systems,maintainthe yearly audit calendar, arrange thenecessaryprerequisitesforauditsand help management system owners prepare for audits
  • -
  • Manage the relationships with our audit partners
  • -
  • Prepare reporting packs and data for management reviews; capture and follow up on actions.
  • -
  • Keep abreast of changes to the standards and ensure processes to ensure we adopt best practice into our management systems
  • New Certifications and accreditations
  • -
  • Establish the process andgovernancefor the organisation to achieve new certifications based on business need, or leverage certifications and capabilities of the wider Omnicom Group
  • Health & safety
  • -
  • Coordinate H&S compliance activities — risk assessments, records, training logs, incident reporting — working under the guidance of our designated competent person.

  • Help keep the organisation aligned with relevant H&S legislation and good practice.
  • Continuous improvement & engagement

  • Help embed a quality, environmental and safety culture by supporting staff training and awareness.
  • -
  • Identifypractical improvements to processes and the management systems themselves.

  • Act as a friendly point of contact for colleagues with compliance questions.
  • Training compliance

  • Work with our head of Learning and Development to ensure training obligations are metin a timely manner, manage training reporting andassistin in training evolution
  • Global engagement

  • Work with our parent company to streamline audit operations and gain the required evidence from services they manage
  • Who youare

The successful individual will

  • -
  • Haveexperience working with, or alongside, ISO management systemsspecifically9001, 14001or20000) — whether in a compliance, quality,operationsor administrative capacity.
  • -
  • Strong organisationskillsand attention to detail; you can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and document trails without things slipping.
  • -
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence working with people across all levels of the business.
  • -
  • Exposure to internal auditing, or willingness to complete internal/lead auditor training.
  • -
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn unfamiliar standards.
  • -
  • Comfortable working in aglobal organisation withaUS Headquartered parent company.
