Job Description

This is a position within the Finance Department. This position is part of a growing financial analysis team responsible for the accounting and financial duties required to support the needs of Critical Mass’ defined account teams and ever growing client base.

You will

  • •Lead a “top 5” CM client group as a trusted Finance Business Partner
  • •Review and communicate financial results with senior account and clientleads
  • •Manage the revenue and expenses for clients and their projects
  • •Partner with various departments within the company to manage client requirements and needs from a financial perspective
  • •Manage and generate monthly client invoices
  • •Manage time tracking and billings system for company
  • •Forecast, track and manage client budgets
  • •Work closely with the project management group in reporting and analyzing project budgets
  • •Analyze project billing efficiencies, realizations and utilizations and assist in the identification of growth opportunities
  • •Review and manage accounts receivables for specific clients
  • •Lead and mentor finance team membersboth indirectly and as Career Developer
  • •Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparing audit documentation and responding to auditor queries

You have

•Degree with an accounting or finance major

•Continuedprofessional development relevant to the role, demonstrating growth

•5+years previous experience in finance or accounting

•Exceptional computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel,Outlook,and Power Point

•Demonstrated mastery of Dynamics AX, Tenrox, Halo and CM Excel Reports

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

•Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced, flexible environment

•Strong sense of urgency coupled with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude

•Track record of improving processesand challenging the status quo

•Strong technical and business aptitude

•Strong understand of Critical Mass including our business, our clients and our processes

•Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture

•Strong analytical skills and sound accounting knowledge

•Good energy and arewilling to have fun

•Leading by example with a positive, constructive, and inclusive attitude





$80,000-$100,000 CAD

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
