About The Role
Escolaridad: Bachillerato terminado, carrera técnica en administración o afín.
Objetivo General: Organizar y asegurar el flujo correcto de los procesos de almacén (recepción, surtido, embarque), optimizando recursos y sirviendo como enlace entre el equipo operativo y el líder.
Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades:
- Experiencia en logística y control de inventarios.
- Manejo de ERP.
- Planificación, análisis de datos, solución de problemas y comunicación.
Actividades a realizar:
- Planificar la carga de trabajo diaria del equipo.
- Dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave (KPIs).
- Investigar y ajustar discrepancias de inventario y proponer mejoras a los procesos.
