About the Role

As aCustomer ServiceRepresentative, you’ll be the voice of our company—helping customers with their service needs and ensuring smooth operations for our drivers and teams. This role is about more than answering calls—it’s aboutbuilding relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation

• Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information

• Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service

• Resolve customer issues withcost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions
