Temporary Executive (Admissions & Information Management )

• We are seeking candidates who can commit from Dec 2026 to May 2027 to take on these temporary positions.
• [What you will be working on]

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of Admissions Hotline (01 Dec 2026 to 31 May 2027)
• i. Handle call enquiries on Admissions and Enrolment matters
• ii. Logging of enquiries
• iii. Contacting applicants and students on submission of application and enrolment documents.
• Assisting with data cleaning of student records and handling of graduation matters (18 Jan 2027 to 31 May 2027)
• i. Assisting with data cleaning of records such as addresses or contact numbers
• ii. Checking of graduand registration cards by sessions is done via softcopy
• iii. Assisting in ad-hoc graduation registration and support other operational activities.
• Handling of Enrolment Exercises - assisting in enrolment activities (18 Jan 2027 to 31 May 2027)
• i. Scanning of photographs, printing of matriculation cards & distribution to schools
• ii. Following up with students on submission of outstanding documents.
• iii. e-Filing of student e-dossier.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• -
• Qualifications in any discipline, with prior experience in an administrative or customer service rolepreferred.
• -
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle enquiries from applicants and students clearly and accurately.
• -
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to perform data entry and verification work to a high degree of accuracy.
• -
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work independently.
