IT Business Consulting Specialist

Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science Good understanding of SAP business processes and the resulting system configuration At least 3 years of experience with SAP in one of the main logistic modules MM, WM (or EWM) and PP including customizing Experience and detailed knowledge of business processes for the Supply Chain Management in the automotive industries / in a manufacturing environment Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to details Excellent time management skills to make sure project and daily work can be complete in time Strong problem-solving skills can describe problem/issues logically, solving in efficient way, and ability to work with minimal supervision necessary Responsibilities Provide local support for existing business processes in SAP S/4HANA, primarily for our two production plants in Tunis. Support business processes within the iTAC Traceability System and SAP EWM. Act as the main point of contact for SAP and iTAC Key Users, assisting with questions, incident resolution, and process optimization. Serve as the interface between local business users and the global SAP and iTAC teams, ensuring effective communication of business requirements and new demands. Participate in the rollout of new SAP and iTAC functionalities, including solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support to ensure stable operations and alignment between business processes and system applications. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP and iTAC processes and system performance.
