Assistant Plant Manager

You will provide leadership and direction for entry-level production employees to meet customer demand Coordinate production to fulfill daily distribution requirements, including delivery routes and shuttle needs You will help support daily distribution requirements and lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs You will also serve as Primary Quality Assurance Representative, maintaining and reviewing compliance documentation This role ensures team training and commitment to Linde Safety and Quality systems and coordinates quality and safety training for employees and maintain records You will monitor production/manpower levels to ensure efficiency and assist with contingency planning You will identify issues, lead improvement plans, and report activities to plant management
